Yes. AcesForge is based in Christchurch and works with Christchurch and Canterbury businesses directly, in person where useful and remotely where not. We also take on AI consulting and software engagements from elsewhere in New Zealand.

What does an AI consulting engagement cost?

Engagements start with a fixed-scope $1,500 architecture review: three to five working days, ending with a written system map and a named, priced first build phase. From there, build work is quoted per phase rather than sold as open-ended hourly time, so the cost is set before work starts, not discovered afterwards.

Do you build or just advise?

Accepted Answer

Both, in sequence. The engagement starts with consulting: a discovery call and a written architecture review that says what should be built and where the risk sits. If you want AcesForge to build it, that becomes a separate, priced phase. You can also take the review to another team; the review is yours either way.
