Systems we build and run ourselves
We run AcesForge on software we built. These are our own systems, in daily use, not client work. They are how we prove the Software and Systems Architecture practice on ourselves before we bill for it.

The system we run the company on. Over 225 operations across 16 domains, covering finance, CRM, sales pipeline, tax, service lifecycle, content and decision logging, all behind one command layer. Built in-house and used every day.

A layer of AI analysts designed to read our live finance and go-to-market data and answer in plain language. Every figure is computed by a tested tool and only presented by the model, so the numbers are auditable rather than guessed. Interface designed and reviewed; engine in build.
Our own product, internal infrastructure
A shared control plane over our own stack: every service, credential and change is registered, monitored, and archived on one contract, with coordination windows so nothing runs unwatched. The core is live in our operations; wider rollout is in build.
